We strive to process and ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, depending on public holidays and current order volume. While we do our best to ensure timely shipping, occasional delays may occur during busy periods.
We primarily use Australia Post with tracking for all orders, and as signatures are required upon delivery, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect addresses. We recommend providing a residential or business address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.
We ship to all locations within Australia. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery and stay updated on its expected arrival.
