Safety Notes
- When charging through the cigarette lighter socket, ensure the input power switch is set on FIX. Never switch to ADJ during operation as it may cause functional failures or damage.
- If hardwiring into a fusebox, set the power switch on ADJ.
- Not suitable for 24V systems (trucks, commercial vehicles).
- For specific dash cam models (BlackVue X series, VIOFO, Thinkware), connect using the 3-wire output cable of the NEO for proper park mode activation.

Important Things to Note
- This service is only available to customers of Dash Cams R Us. Proof of purchase of the camera to be installed may be required for the booking process.
