Safety Notes

1. When charging through the cigarette lighter socket, ensure the input power switch is set on FIX. Never switch to ADJ during operation as it may cause functional failures or damage.
2. If hardwiring into a fusebox, set the power switch on ADJ.
3. Not suitable for 24V systems (trucks, commercial vehicles).
4. For specific dash cam models (BlackVue X series, VIOFO, Thinkware), connect using the 3-wire output cable of the NEO for proper park mode activation.

3. Once the camera is on it's way to you, our third party professional installers will be notified. They will contact you to arrange installation at a location that suits you. 

If you are not contacted by the time you receive your camera, please contact us and we will get this organised for you.
