This Returns Policy sets out the terms and conditions for returns of products purchased from Dash Cams R Us via www.dashcamsrus.com.au. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and handling all returns fairly and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Purchases
Dash Cams R Us understands that sometimes customers may change their mind about a purchase. The following conditions apply to change of mind returns:
- Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet left our warehouse, you may contact us to cancel your order for a full refund.
- After Delivery: You may request a refund within 72 hours of delivery for unopened and unused products.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
- Approved returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Proof of purchase must be provided with all returns.
Missing or Incorrect Products
Missing Products
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please notify Dash Cams R Us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the matter and arrange for the missing item to be shipped or provide a refund if the item cannot be supplied.
Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and organise collection or return of the incorrect item at no cost to you.
48 Hour Window:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for missing or incorrect product claims.
Faulty Products
If you believe you have received a faulty product, you may contact Dash Cams R Us within 72 hours of delivery to organise a refund or replacement. The product must be returned for assessment, and the refund or replacement will be processed once the fault has been confirmed.
For products covered by manufacturer warranty, we will assist you in processing a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer where appropriate.
Assessment Required:
Faulty product claims are subject to product return and confirmation of the fault.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact Dash Cams R Us within 72 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide photos of the damage to assist with our assessment.
Once approved, damaged products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Failure to contact us within the designated timeframe may be deemed as acceptance of the delivery.
General Returns Information
- All returns are subject to investigation and assessment. Dash Cams R Us reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
- Products that have been used, altered, installed, or are not in resalable condition may not be eligible for refund.
- If a confirmed error or incorrect charge has occurred, Dash Cams R Us will process a refund or correction.
- For orders paid via Shop Pay, payment review and dispute processes may apply through the Shop Pay platform.
Refund Method:
Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at checkout.

This Returns Policy does not limit your rights under applicable Australian law. Dash Cams R Us will refund, credit, or exchange products in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and consumer guarantee provisions.
