Only way to contact was though email and no response! Was sent a faulty product then was ignored when asking for refund or replacement. So yeah wouldn’t buy from you again!
I cannot get the cam to record anything with a Samsung 256 EVO plus
so I am going to try a SanDisk MaxEndurance ....
It's a pity that Viofo do not make it clear that the
Cam will only work with a limited type of SD cards!!
Purchase 2 unit from here. 1 unit work perfect and other unit after test before installation find out back camera not connect with front camera. Sent email to hello dash cam with attached invoice and they return with email that they can’t open my attachment. It ok I sent reply email with picture of invoice and picture of dash cam that not connect with back camera. Never heard anything from them. After fews day sent separate email to them with all picture and asking instruction how to return item. Never heard any reply from them. Try to connect camera to existing working camera and it work. Then find out the cable that use to connect front and back camera faulty. Not bother to sent them email as my son start driving car so I when to shop by after market cable then install it in car. Will never buy anything from this shop ever again. I am bough 4 unit from this shop not only 2 A129 plus dứo and 2 A129 pro duo.
excellent experience purchasing from dashcams r us :) highly recommend the viofo duo. easy to install and comes with everything in the box, except a micro sd of course. Just note that this product assumes you drive on the right, but it isn't that big of a deal.
The front and Rear Camera quality is fantastic. Even in pouring rain the image quality is great! Easy installation with everything neatly included in the box, including a trim removal tool and mounting clips! Takes a few hours to install but highly recommend!
